Medical, dental, and vision insurance – DNV-GEC pays 75% of monthly health benefit premiums for you, your spouse or domestic partner, and dependent children through age 24.

401(k) plan with match – Contribute up to 50% of your pre-tax compensation to a 401(k), up to IRS maximums. After one year, DNV-GEC will match 50 cents on the dollar up to the first 8% that you save.

Vacation, sick leave, and flexible holidays – Annual accruals for paid leave include 10 days vacation (increasing to 20 over time), 10 days sick leave, and 10 flexible holidays (chose from more than 20 approved holiday options).

Life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance – An amount equal to one year’s salary is provided.

Long-term disability – Receive income replacement when disabled, up to 60% percent of earnings.

Flexible Spending Accounts – Save up to $2,000 for health care expenses and $5,000 for dependent care expenses each year pre-tax.

Green purchase reimbursement – With our Green & Healthy benefit, $500 per year is reimbursed for green purchases or health club memberships. The new WE Do program reimburses two-thirds the cost of selected green purchases made by employees.

Transportation – Seattle employees receive a free FlexPass transit pass. Lowell employees receive free parking or other equivalent transportation subsidies.

Professional memberships, licenses, and education – Fifty percent of the cost for up to two job-related memberships or licenses may be reimbursed. Job related classes may also be reimbursed.

Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) – Trained counselors provide confidential 24/7 telephone assistance and referrals for a variety of work-life concerns.

Matching charitable gifts – After six months of employment, your eligible charitable giving is matched up to $250 per year.

Maternity/Paternity – Three days pay is provided to birth or adoptive parents of newborns, and you may take up to three months of job-protected unpaid leave.

Employee-friendly office environment – Our flexible core office hours enable you to work with your manager to create a schedule that works for you. Office attire is casual; every day is “jeans day.” Our fragrance-free offices are allergy friendly and kitchens are stocked with complimentary beverages.

Resources – A reference library, equipment checkout, 24/7 computer support, and Internet HotSpot accounts provide resources for completing your work in office or in the field.
